I am a Damelin graduate in IT. I have also completed Office etiquette certification. I also completed Linux/unix certification with Sybase Sandton. Also completed Customer servise and caustomer care hot certification with Call Center accademy. I have internal training certification on VMS, SQL, VM Ware etc, please refer to attached cv.  I have extensive experience in Data center Operations and consultant. I have worked for companies like, Net1 Applied Technologies and IT Operations Supervisor, Internaltional Gaming Technologies (IGT) as Data center operations consultant. I started my career at Uthingo Management as Data center operator for the National Lottery. I am agreat team player and learn very fast. I love working with dufferent types of people and ethnicity. I have good leadership skills always learning.

I started my career at Uthingo Management(national lottery) as Call center customer service agent. Where offered technical support to lottery retail outlets, report creating etc. In 2002 I joined the Data center as Operations consultat. Where we were responsible for system monitoring and maintanace. Report creation, incident management etc. In 2008 I joined EUPES Net1 Applied Technologies as IT operations consultant smart cad tech. Completed IT fundamentals MS OS with Damelin in 1999(Diploma) I also completed business etiqutte withEmbassaddir traing nad development in 1999 (certification) In 2001 I compleded Customer Cervice and Tellephone ettiqute with Call Center Accademy. In 2003 I completed Unix/Linux with Sybase Sandton. Various internal training and certification ie SQL db, Open VMS, IVS, Solar winds, CRM etc.
