I have more than 10 years of experience in database operational support in MS SQL environments. Database administration in SQL Server 2008, 2012 and 2016. Knowledge of backups restores and recovery models, database shrink operations, DBCC commands, Database mirroring and database replication.  Performing SQL Installations and upgrades. Granting user access and setting user roles. SQL database operational support. 

I've worked for Accenture since 2004 until Aug 2021 over the years I've filled different roles. I started off as a 2nd line support analyst; my role included resolving customer queries on a daily basis. These queries varied from resetting user passwords to investigating server and network issues. I then moved to a 3rd line role where I supported the SQL Database Production environment. My duties as a 3rd line analyst included, database checks making sure all databases are up and running on a daily basis. Making sure daily backups ran, complete daily batch runs, root cause analysis and finding permanent solutions for the 2nd line team.  

I don't have a degree, but I've attended some short courses over the years.
