Léhan Claassen

I have a Bcom honours qualification from Stellenbosch University in Business Management with a focus on Marketing Management. I have seven years of experience in managing and leading a team of 20 to 25 employees. I have grown accustomed to being resourceful an finding solutions for a lack of office and managerial staff through the development and implementation of managerial systems and procedures. I am firm in my beliefs of a systematic approach toward both life and business. 

My current occupation consists of all aspects of the production line, from creating marketing points of interaction, engaging with clients and the interpretation of their project briefs, product design and development, costing and material procurement, technical drawings and illustrations for use in operations and quotation approvals, production management and ensuring that material is procured in time, and the accurate and orderly execution of the production in a fashion that ensures deadlines are met.

Apart from business management, I have a good understanding and appreciation for all things technical, from automotive, electrical, carpentry and wood joinery, to commercial spray painting. I am extremely resourceful and skilled at problem solving, as well proficient in Microsoft Excel, Photoshop/Gimp and Sketchup. I am a fast learner and will be an asset to any company requiring a jack of all trades.     

I have 2 years experience as a production assistant and 7 years of experience as an executive manager of a company of 20 - 25 personnel.
