Experience

Help in Maintenance on furnaces, Wire Drawing Machines. Installing, developing, building Electrical/Electronic and Instrumentation panels. Designing &Updating drawings. Maintain AC Drives (Allen Bradley (Powerflex), Basic Knowledge ABB (soft starter). AC/DC Motors. Basic Installation and Programming PLC Allen Bradley and Basic Knowledge of Siemens (S7). Installation and maintenance on general instrumentation apparatus (Timers, Counters, Level control ultrasonic, pressure switches, thermocouples, RTDs and PH’s), basic knowledge HMI’s/Scada (Rsview32 and Factorytalk view SE). Ability to use Measuring Instruments (Multi meter, Megger, Clamp tester, Encoder, Taco meter, Ammeter, pyrometer). Help in Break Downs and Scheduled Maintenance, Administration work (Daily Readings of Water, pH and Temperature).

  • Ability to relate well to others and establish good working relationships
  • Willing to learn and adapt to changing environments
  • Technical skills with particular focus on electrical, Instrumentation
  • Logical approach to analysing problems and determining key issues
