Emmanuel Dalisu Maphanga holds a Senior National Certificate, with exemption(Grade 12), a Nated Certificate in Instrumentation (N4), and a Trade Certificate in Instrument Mechanic (Red Seal). [Instrument Mechanician] [Tronox Namakwa Sands] [Sep 2017 – June 2023] Duties Included: • Report to C&I Supervisor • Ensuring Health and Safety standards and procedures are implemented and adhered to at all times. • Daily inspections on all equipment fitted with C&I devices, and on all instruments. • Radiation exposure and leak inspections. • Attend to breakdowns timeously and ensure that downtime is minimized. • Install, assembly, repair, replace, adjust and calibrate C&I instruments and devices. • Perform weekly shutdown duties. • Supervise contractors during project/job execution. • Work together with maintenance personnel and operators to get the job done timeously while minimizing downtime but also to come up with a plan from different personnel in order to avoid the same situation in future. • PLC troubleshooting. • Creating and closing completed work orders on SAP.
