Start renewal process 9 months in terms of client mandate Draft offers , renewals and lease agreements and electronically forward copy to tenants Load leases, debit orders (Nicor) / Ensure all leases are returned with FICA documents signed and witnessed correctly, all annexures and attachments accurately processes and filed Follow up on outstanding lease agreements and on FICA documentation , Liaise with brokers when necessary
Ensure all bank guarantees and deposits are paid by the tenant
Renewal Process /keep track on outstanding leases
Assist building manager if necessary.
Collection of rent in accordance to individual and team targets within first 5 working days.
