About Lano Le Roux:

My name is Leandre Le Roux, I would like to apply for the available vacancy being advertised: HR Clerk. I am one who thrives to learn and do his best to the greatest of my ability and try to exceed in whatever task that is given to me. I am a fast learner as well as a team player. I enjoy learning new things and putting my brain to use. 

I am currently an HR Graduate at the Shatterprufe (Struandale) plant, who worked directly under and with the Human Resource Manager on site. I have been employed at the site since April 2021 and I’ve gained knowledge and experience in the field of human resources. I have studied at the EMC Eastcape Midlands college where I obtained my N6 and working towards my National Diploma whilst being at Shatterprufe. Working under and with the HR Manager on site, I have gained knowledge in HR systems such as SAP, Success Factors and more. I have gained IR knowledge as well as dealing with enquiries, bargaining council, manning the HR office for the site whilst HR manager either worked from home or when she was off . 

Given the opportunity or being considered for the above mentioned position, I look forward to not disappointing and making a valuable contribution to your company.

Experience
