My passion lies in building scalable, human-centered solutions — whether it's through assessment platforms, competency frameworks, or onboarding journeys. I’ve partnered with UX teams, product managers, and HR leaders to design smarter workflows and support internal mobility, recruitment, and leadership development initiatives.

I’m a registered Psychometrist with over 5 years of experience across corporate HR, consulting, and tech-enabled talent solutions. My expertise lies in psychometric assessments, talent acquisition, and HR systems integration. I’ve led national projects in banking and retail, supported system implementations, designed assessment feedback frameworks, and partnered with cross-functional teams to drive data-informed talent decisions. I'm passionate about blending psychology, technology, and strategy to improve employee experiences and workforce effectiveness.

Master’s in Industrial Psychology (UWC) in progress, with a focus on workplace assessments. Holds a BCom Honours and undergraduate degree in Industrial Psychology (Stellenbosch University), and completed the BPsych Equivalence program for Psychometrists. Accredited in leading assessment tools including SHL, Psytech, and Psycruit.
