With over 15 years in the insurance industry, I have a vast knowledge and experience in employee benefits.  I have a very high work ethic and an advocate for a balance of work and family life.  I work in an orderly systematic way but I am flexible and ready to face any detours.  I love getting involved in the mechanics of processes and finding ways to improve.
