Kimishka Isereepersad

My name is Kimishka Isereepersad & as a 3rd year BComm HR student, I am passionate about fostering a positive work environment and contributing to organisational success through effective Human Resources strategies. With a great knowledge In employee relations, talent acquisition, and HR policies and procedure, I bring a proactive and empathetic approach to supporting the needs of both employees and the organisation. I thrive in a fast-past environment, leveraging my strong communication and problem-solving skills to address challenges and drive positive change.

I have worked for Mercenaries Investments for 6 months as a HR Intern. As an intern I assisted with recruitment, onboarding and marketing the business online. I also was in charge of the administrative part of the business like scheduling meetings, organizing materials for the business and much more. I assisted in HR marketing which I always updated the business with the new trends that are in the market and how to post online strategically to attract potential employees for the organisation.

I’m currently undergoing my 3rd year BComm HR degree at MANCOSA.
