Kim Tshaka

I am Thembakazi Kim Tshaka. I have 21 years of teaching isiXhosa to mother tongue and non mother tongue speakers. My teaching experience has helped me to have a deep understanding of my learners therefore employing different learning strategies in my teaching.  Understanding these variations has allowed me to handle my students and include differentiation in my teachings where needed. I have designed different teaching materials to assist my learners in their learning process. I am also one of the assessment committee helping in conducting assessment for our learners.
