In 2014, I achieved my matriculation, setting the foundation for my educational journey. Since then, I've been on a path of continuous growth and exploration, delving into various fields and acquiring valuable skills along the way.

 My commitment to lifelong learning led me to engage in several learnerships, resulting in certifications such as End User Level 3 and Technical Support Level 4. These qualifications not only broadened my technical expertise but also enhanced my problem-solving abilities.

 Over the past 2 years and 8 months, I've honed my professional skills as a retention consultant, where I specialized in providing exceptional service to clients, contributing to both customer satisfaction and business retention.

Beyond my consultancy experience, I possess a strong interest in diverse fields, including Administration, Client Service, and Media and Communications. My adaptable nature and dedication to excellence make me well-suited for roles that demand attention to detail, effective communication, and proactive problem-solving.

 Additionally, I've had the privilege of working as a freelance graphics designer in the broadcasting industry for six months. This role allowed me to unleash my creativity while contributing to the visual appeal of PSL soccer games.
