I have worked for Shatterprufe for 17 years, started as a Forklift driver to quality inspector and the last 5 years of my stay at Shatterprufe I was the production team leader, prepare production plan, give production plan to team members, hourly Checking on production team, do problem solving when targets are not met, capture production done on the SAP system, capture production team hours worked, report on weekly operations meeting to operations manager, handle deciplinery hearings when required.

I was matriculated at Embizweni High scool  in 2005, did the leadership program with Toyota South Africa for 1year in 2020, currently studying higher certificate in economic management science with UNISA.
