I am Kholeka Mbebe Aged 30yaers lady went to Lodirile Secondary school matriculated in 2011,I have 5+ of call centre experience both inbound and outbound I am passionate about assisting people/clients with their inquiries. 

Experience

I have worked at Guidepos  as Unified Coordinator enrolling Diatetic patients into the diabetes program and be helped to monitor the diabetes. From 2020 Jan to 2021 May.

I have also worked at Merchants Dimension data company outsource of Vodacom to assist client with customer care queries such as sim swap,recharge ,airtime advance ,contract upgrades and migrations.

Education

Matriculated in 2011 at Lodirile secondary school also studied Further Education and training for Early childhood development completed October 2021 from August 2020 at West Rand District Municipality 12 months learnership.
