I am a dedicated and hardworking teacher with 14 years experience. I am self-motivated, able to work alone as well as collaborate with a team. I thrive in leading learners to discover the world around them through books and technology. I motivate students and provide emotional support. I teach learners to strive for excellence irrespective of their background.

Working with a team to plan, prepare and deliver instructional and engaging activities. Providing thought-provoking lessons that bring a subject to life. Developing learning materials that challenge learners and allows them to solve problems, experiment, question and  master concepts through active learning.

 Participating in teacher training sessions. Assess and monitor learner progress and provide feedback to learners and parents. Support learners individually to inspire and motivate them to perform better. Providing a high standard of teaching  using technology. 

Serving on various committees to help the school run smoothly and afford learners many learning opportunities.

I have a Higher Diploma in Education from Johannesburg College of Education, which was under Wits University.
