- Reporting to IT Manager
- Duties/Responsibilities:
- Scheduling routine meetings and recording decisions (e.g., next steps, assigned tasks etc.)
- Breaking complex projects into simpler tasks and setting goals and timeframes
- Creating and updating workflows
- Measuring and reporting on the project performance
- Acting as the contact point for all project participants
- Monitoring progress of the project and addressing potential issues
- Co-ordinating quality controls for ensuring the deliverables meet the company's demands
- Retrieving necessary information such as related case studies and client/user requirements
- Tracking expenses and predicting future costs
- Conducting risk analyses
- Preparing and providing documentation to key stakeholders and internal teams
- Recording and Minuting project meetings
- Must have excellent collaboration and communication skills needed to work with a team of Project Coordinators and Project Managers.-
Inherent Requirements - Requirements and Skills:
- Minimum matric qualification with proof of attending relevant project management and administration training
- Work Experience as a Project Administrator or Project Co-Ordinator on IT projects
- 36 Months experience administrating IT Projects (ERP implementations a plus)
- Hands On Experience with Flow Charts, Technical Documentation, and schedules
- Knowledge of Project and Task management software (e.g., Click Up, Trello, Microsoft Project or similar)
- Solid Organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Promote Team spirit
- Prince2 would be a benefit but not required
- Syspro Experience would be a benefit but not required
