Transferring clients to the relevant service providers (Ambulance, police and fire station ) .
Assisted in training new call centre agents
May 2023 :Digicall Assist HOC Case Manager /Home Insurance Claims
Handling inbound calls ,following up on cases, ensuring if contact has been made by service providers updating clients on the progress of their claim.
Evaluating of issues and its relevance, logging all cases on the CRM system to validate the clients details and action their claim.
