A conscientious, professional and well-spoken customer care consultant with valuable 
experience (7 years worth experience) in Inbound customer services, currently seeking a 
new position as an Inbound Consultant/Call Centre Agent. 

Experience

I started working as a volunteer Pharmacist assist dealing with Face to Face client interaction, administration and updating client information on the system. I then went into sales call centre which led to me venturing into Customer service call centre where I enjoyed helping clients with excellent service and have ever since preferred the role of customer service for as long as 6 years.

Education

I completed my Matric in 2011 and have not furthered my studies as yet but looking to do so once I have established stability.
