Kgaugelo, as he is known, started his professional career in early 1997.  Since then he has been specializing in Industrial Relations (Human Resources), working for Telkom, Mbileni Tohlang Attorneys, Scorpion Legal Protection, National Union of Metal workers of South Africa, Prestige Group and Powertech Transformers. He was a Manager Industrial Relations at Powertech Transformers and overseeing all labour related issues within the group. Kgaugelo was a Legal Advisor Employment Law and Relations within Human Capital at Auditor General of South Africa. Kgaugelo is currently an Operations Director at Optimiza Consultancy (Pty) Ltd and a Shareholder.

 

He was a member of Bid Evaluation Committee of the National Tender Committee as well as a Health and Safety Representative of the Auditor General of South Africa. He is also a member of Institute of People Management and a member of the professional body called South African Board of People Practices.
