 I'm a young lady with a Diploma in Travel and Tourism. I have a few years of experience in Sales and Customer Services.

I'm an experienced Sales/Customer Service Agent with over 6 years in customer relation. I have dealt with customers/clients for the pat few years, and I understand what's required of me to deal with a team. During these experiences I've had to work on Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Education

I hold a Diploma in Travel and Tourism, in which it included the following subjects:

  • Business Communications, Computer Skills, Business Management, Financial Management, Office Safety, Sales and Marketing and other subjects as well.

With these subjects included, it would help me to carry out the requirements needed for this job description.
