I am an industrious human being, flexible, trainable and highly transferable. I am an expert in customer service with more that 15years under my belt including retail sales experience. I am an asset to any organization because I put myself in my customers shoes and find resolutions that leave them happy and satisfied. 

I am currently a billing specialist at Comcast. I have also worked in the education sector, with six months of social media management. Previously, I had 12 years experience in customer service, 7 years of retail Management and sales.

I completed my CRM diploma, as well as business communication and have HR skills as management.
