I am a keen, hard working, reliable and loyal person with very high work ethic. Very high ethics while being an easy going yet quiet person generally.
I have more than 25 years in the Call Center industry, ranging from financial services, insurance, construction and academic administration. Main passion and focus being customer service. I have held supervisor and management positions within this industry with a diverse set of skills. I am dynamic individual that can fit in easily in most environments without much difficulty.
I always lead by example and usually set high standards for myself and co workers. I have a fairly good sense if humor and pleasant approach.
My verbal and written skills set me apart from most individuals. I speak 6 (SouthAfrican) languages and well versed in most Microsoft software and various telephone, email and webchat systems used in the industry.
I am always eager to learn new things and skills to add to my portfolio and also love to impart knowledge and skills to co worker and subordinates as well

With almost 30 years experience in the Call Center/Customer Service Industry, I have a wealth of experience across different industries that I believe will bring value to any organization.

While working for the University of the Western Cape I have gone through Management Development Programmes to add on to my resume and gained Valuable insight and understanding of management in general
