I have over 19 years administrative and tax advisory experience while employed at the SA Revenue Services .
In my previous roles, I was responsible for a high volume of client interactions, requiring both a friendly and professional approach. These positions further cultivated my organisational and attention to detail skills, which are required for managing appointments and administrative tasks.
I am proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel, and have a proven ability to quickly and efficiently learn new software systems. Experience
Most recently i have worked in the UK at His Majesty`s Land Registry and at the local council , updating the Land Register to reflect correct proprietors, processing applications from conveyancer`s to enter restrictions and mortgage charges to the register.I was responsible to ensure the integrity of the register was upheld by abiding to Practice Guidance.
At the local council i provided customer serviceto customers ,assisting the council to recover council tax by arranging payments plans and recovery processes.
I have worked 19 years at the SA Revenue service drafting and ensuring compliance to their policy and procedures by officers nationally .I have trained officers nationally on new systems and procedures and been a team leader over 15 tax assessment and quality officers within Processing centers
