Karen Sharmaine Mushati

I am a very fast learner and someone who is adaptable when needed to meet the demands of my employer. I would describe myself as someone who has good levels of business accumen. I am someone who takes ownership of difficult challenges, l willingly carry out tasks outside of my job description, lastly l would love to learn and grow in the company l will be working for. 

I have experience working on projects and tasks with very tight deadlines. In my last job during my 3rd year, l was renowned for being a completer finisher and someone who could be trusted to get things done on time and to the expected standard. I have experience of dealing with customers and my knowledge of complaints procedure is excellent. I understand the value of customers. I also have experience in dealing with challenging problems. Finally l have experience in dealing with main applicable software packages needed in this position and you can rely on me to maintain my competency moving forward. Lastly l am eager to learn so l can meet my employers demands.

I have got an Honours Degree in Accounting. Studying accounting was one of the things that made me happy and still makes me happy to this day. I would love to upgrade myself by undertaking training courses and learning new skills on the job. I believe everything that I studied at college will help me to be flexible, learn quickly, and be commercially focused. I am grateful to have achieved an honors degree because now I am able to work long hours and never do the bare minimum.
