Holding an M.Ed (Cum Laude) in Adult Education, I lead the full instructional design lifecycle—from mapping complex SETA and QCTO-aligned curricula to developing interactive, multi-device content using Articulate 360 and Adobe Suite. My background as a Module Leader and Lecturer allows me to bridge the gap between theoretical academic standards and practical, data-driven digital learning experiences.

Throughout my career at institutions like iQ Academy, Inscape, and Pearson, I have developed diverse vocational and degree-level programs in fields ranging from Engineering to Visual Arts. I am an expert at collaborating with Subject Matter Experts to transform static content into engaging multimedia assets, ensuring all materials meet rigorous quality assurance and accessibility standards. My unique blend of psychological counselling, graphic design, and tertiary education enables me to create learner-centric environments that are both aesthetically polished and educationally sound.

My most relevant education combines high-level pedagogical theory with technical design expertise, anchored by a Master of Education (M.Ed) in Adult Education (Cum Laude) from UNISA, where I specialised in curriculum development for online learning.

This academic foundation is supported by a Postgraduate Diploma in Tertiary Education (Cum Laude), focusing on advanced teaching strategies, and a BTech in Graphic Design (Multimedia Illustration), which provides the technical and visual expertise necessary for modern instructional design.
