I’m a young professional woman with a strong background in customer support roles for both local and international companies 

Experience

I have experience in retail as a cashier and and End of Day department Manager at Woolworths. I have worked as a customer support Agent at AEGIS BPO were my duties included assisting customers with their queries, retention of customers as well as listening to customers needs and identify opportunities. I have also worked with Australian customers for Just over 6 years and have direct sales experience as an estate Agent.

Education

This year I have attended the FAIS Accreditation workshops for RE5 with Octomate education and i am currently studying towards the AWS Cloud Practitioner Essential course .
