My name is Peksie, I was born and raised in North West. I hold a business management certificate and I am a fully qualified flight attendant.

I worked as a General Manager at a family entertainment park for 5 years, I got to learn customer service and how to deal with different people,problem solving and working in a team.

My role and responsibilities where to ensure the smooth operation of the business on a daily, handle day to day reservations , ensure that our staff is on duty and doing their work according and ensuring that our clients needs are being met and satisfied with our services. 

I hold a certificate in business management and I am a fully qualified flight attendant. I am currently enrolled for a safety management course as a distant student.
