I believe I am a good candidate to work with.  I have good work ethic; I work with integrity and an open mind and passion.  I have good interpersonal skills, as well as good writing and presentation skills. I also have basic digital writing and marketing knowledge gained through various online courses offered by Google skills Africa.   I  work successfully as part of a team but  I am also able to set and achieve individual tasks.  I also have a personal blog on Wordpress that I keep up to date on a regular basis and a podcast I host on social media called conversations with Kamo Gwangwa. I am creative and am a self-starter, I am resourceful and I can work well under pressure. I am passionate about radio and have a good knowledge of different types of radio and radio formats and a good understanding of the radio audience.
