My name is Busisiwe Maluleke am 29 years old, i work as an office administrators/receptionist.

I work well in collaborative environments and enjoy teaming up with others to achieve common goal, i am an effective communicator and can getmy message across clearly and conisely.

 

Experience

  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
  • Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing

Education

  • 2011 i finished my matric
  • 2013 to 2015 i was doing NCV in finance at ewc.
  • 2021 to 2022 i did NQF level 4 in core banking.
  • currently busy with NQF level 4 in long term insurance.
