Having embarked on my professional journey in 2016, I initially contributed my skills and expertise as part of the iStore team. During my tenure from 2016 to 2018, I honed my understanding of retail and customer service. In 2018, I transitioned to Core Group, where I continued to grow professionally until 2019. My role there enriched my knowledge in tech products and services. In 2019, I joined Hall Longmore as a Junior ERP Support Consultant, where I've been dedicated to the world of enterprise resource planning ever since, providing vital support and insights into optimizing our systems. This journey reflects my continuous commitment to personal and professional growth.

In 2018, I achieved a significant milestone by earning a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, equipping myself with a strong foundation in the field. My dedication to learning didn't stop there, as in April 2022, I completed a comprehensive Level 1-3 certificate program in Syspro administration. This certification not only expanded my knowledge but also reinforced my commitment to staying current in the dynamic world of ERP systems, enhancing my ability to provide effective support and solutions in my professional career.
