Greetings, Hope you are well! I'm Dumisani. A driven, passionate candidate that is fascinated by how Information technology is growing daily. This results in finding new solutions to forever occurring problems in the IT world. I am a very flexible candidate who pose good problem-solving skills and who believes that we "LIVE" to learn every day.

I'm an IT Support Specialist, currently working for Invoke Infrastructure. I have worked at Invoke Infrastructure for 1 year 8 months. In summarry these are my duties on a day-to-day bases, Develop and maintain local networks in ways that optimize performance, Set up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices (routers, printers etc.), Organize and schedule upgrades and maintenance without deterring others from completing their work,Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and replace problems (repair or replace parts, debugging etc.), Maintain records/logs of repairs and fixes and maintenance schedule and more.

I have studied National Certificate (Vocational) at Ekurhuleni East TVET College. I have obtained outstanding results on Computer hardware, Networking and Software.
