Experience

I have been in the IT industry from 2010 working as Senior IT Support Technician at Medipost Pharmacy until April 2015 where I joined Allegra as Applications Support Specialist Team Leader from May 2015 to April 2017. From there I joined Right ePharmacy as IT Technical Support Team Leader and I was promoted to Business Analyst. I have developed a lot of experience and skills during my 15 years career where i developed IT Infrastructure Skills, Software Development Skills, Software Testing Skills and Data and Business Analysis skills. I am a very motivated person with a desire to learn more and keep updated with the latest technology trends.

Education

I have completed a BCOM Degree in Information and Technology Management at Mancosa last year (10 October 2024) and I am currently in the process of being enrolled for a Honors Degree with the University of Pretoria.
