am a self-motivated man who is always ready to learn new skills and loves getting my hands “dirty” by getting involved with team members to. I have a good balance in terms of working on site and in
the office. Innovation is one passion I live for in terms of coming up with innovative ideas that
places positive impact for the common man. I’ve learnt that school has just taught me the mere
basics and out there in the real world is where the real learning begins. Being a site agent within the construction industry and being part of major projects in constructing
namely Incremental Launch Bridge, extension of a culvert on the national roads, Medupi Power
Station and Kusile Power Station including Anglo’s, The New Dragline Walk practicing in fields of in
slip forming, civil works, road construction and building, it has given me extensive experience to
perform my work and solve various challenges I meet. My nation diploma in Civil Engineering, I have acquired the necessary managerial skills needed to be
responsible for myself and those working under my supervision, as such remotely working and
managing a team is one of my strongest suits working on site and office conjunctionally. These
include daily, weekly and monthly update of cost, people and schedule.
In addition to that I am computer literate and am able to use programs such as MS Office, Ms Project, CCS (Candy) and design programs such as AutoCAD, Photoshop and CorelDRAW well. I use these
tools to write reports, create schedules, costing, budgeting, projections and managing of people’s
movement with costing of it.
