Experience

Within my previous job, I spoke with clients through telephonic conversations based on providing services for their vehicles, trucks and CAT machines. Solving problems and issues that may arise through telephonic conversations and through emails. Creating and emailing quotations and invoices to customers. Handling of paper work and filing. Assisting where needed within the office. This would allow me to work independently and within a team easily and sufficiently.

Education

I have obtained my matric and a degree. Within my degree I studied criminology and psychology. Also having a background of anthropology, sociology, English, maths, and life skills to help me develop myself into a person who can contribute to society.
