I live in Cape Town; I have a daughter and two grandbabies. I lost my husband in November 2020.  
I have completed various courses to grow my knowledge in the various fields I have worked in.  
I have worked in multiple and diverse industries over the years.  

I have extensive knowledge and experience in providing administrative, secretarial, customer service and management support as well as assisting in the finance department. 

Organising office procedures, training and supervisory experience as well as database maintenance. 
Strong verbal and written communication skills. 
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. 
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping. 
Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges. 

Excellent multitasking skills and computer expertise with competence in all basic MS Office programs, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook. 

I have learnt the importance of professionalism, accuracy, efficiency, strong work ethics and excellent customer service.

Over 20 Years’ experience as an Office Administrator/PA in various industries.  

Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing.  

Producing documents; briefing papers, reports, and presentations.  

Capturing supplier invoices and checking invoices against purchase orders.  

Typing up of quotations 

Sales 

Organising and maintaining diaries and making appointments for the Principal and Directors.  

Booking of all travel and accommodation arrangements.   

Dealing with international clients
