I have been working in the service industry for 30 years. I am a motivated and driven individual with a passion for service delivery. 

I have managed Sales and Customer Service teams to ensure they are successful in achieving the companies and their own goals. My motto has always been that I can only be as successful as the team I manage. 

I am proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and internal CRM systems.
