I have 27 years of experience working in the tobacco industry, I was responsible to give support and quality guidance to floor production team, examine semi finished products and finished product for compliance to set standard. Analyze tobacco test result and material, speedily give results. Investigate and perform cutoff on non conforming product and give timely report. Train the floor on quality practices and procedures and ensure that staff is up to date with company standard.

Collaborate with other departments to resolve quality issues. participate in the review of procedures and ensure that quality documents are timeously done by floor crew.

I have an advanced business management diploma from SAIM,Logistic and supply chain management certificate from IQ academy and operation and production management certificate from Unisa. Good computer skills and attended BAT accelerated development programe called ADP.
