I am people orientated. I love working with people, teaching people and sharing my knowledge with them. I am extremely patient , especially with people who grasp information a bit slower than others. I have the skills and knowledge to ensure that others have all the resources and tools to thrive in their work. I feel utterly motivated when a colleague completes a task well due to my guidance. i have a great passion for my work and I have great time management skills as I have a great work system that ensures that I do not miss a deadline. Within my current job we have over 9 workstreams and this has taught me to work well underpressure. 

I have worked for Medscheme which was a medical scheme call center for a year and currently working at Sigma internationa as a complaints handler for a utility based company. 

I have NQR level 4 senior certificate
