My expertise includes risk management, audits, reporting, and training, ensuring safe, compliant, and high-performing work environments.

I hold a National Senior Certificate (Matric, 2008) and have completed advanced qualifications in Contact Centre Operations Management (NQF 4, 2019), SHEQ Management (NQF 5, 2021), and OHS Law & Legal Liabilities (2024). Additionally, I have undertaken specialized training in COIDAct, SAMTRAC (Safety Management Training), and hold a SIAOSH Technical Membership, providing me with a strong foundation in occupational health, safety, environmental compliance, and operational management.
