Highly experienced DTP Manager, Senior Designer, and Production Specialist with over
20 years in the graphic, signage and digital print industry. Strong leadership, exceptional
speed, accuracy, and deep technical expertise across all print production environments.
WORK EXPERIENCE
DTP Manager — Beith Digital (Nov 2021 – Present)
Manage and lead the DTP department, oversee pre-flighting, print-ready preparation,
layout, imposition, and quality control. Collaborate with production teams, mentor junior
staff, optimize workflow, and resolve artwork issues.
Production Manager / Senior Lead Designer — Greensky (2010 – 2015)
Managed production operations and senior design team. Oversaw DTP, design, and print
preparation. Operated large-format printers and contributed to business growth from 5 to
50 employees.
Team Leader / Senior Print Operator — Thiela Image (2007 – 2010)
Led print operators, handled DTP and design tasks, and ensured consistent quality across
multiple printing systems.
Print Operator — 180 Degrees (2004 – 2007)
Operated large-format printers, laminators, and finishing equipment. Conducted DTP
