I have a proven track record of success in the restaurant and hospitality industry. In my most recent position as Group General Manager, I oversaw the operations of seven restaurants and two canteens. My responsibilities included budget creation and management, profit and loss control, marketing initiatives, menu development, and ensuring strict adherence to health and safety protocols. I was also directly responsible for a staff of 120 employees.One of my key achievements during my tenure as Group General Manager was the successful expansion of three restaurant brands, including Cozinha Canteen, Eat@Lm Portuguese restaurants, and The Crowbar family restaurant and sports bar. I played a vital role in the design, look, and concept development of The Crowbar brand.My ability to oversee complete restaurant management by individual store managers, create and maintain budgets, manage profits and losses, and implement marketing and brand awareness strategies has been integral to the success of my previous roles.In addition to my Group General Manager experience, I have a track record of improving operational efficiency, driving revenue growth, and fostering a positive work environment, as demonstrated in my earlier roles as General Manager at The Kitchen Bar Mediterranean Grill and Bar, TSG4ways Mediterranean Grill Cafe, and Silver Lining CC (Mo-Zam-Bik restaurant & Ocean Basket).
