Experienced Wine and Spirit Education Trust level 2 (WSET) certified wine steward with 15+ years experience in hospitality.  Also a holder of Wine Ambassador, Cocktail Steward and Wine Steward Certification Sommeliers Academy in Cape Town.

  • 10 years waitering experience (John Dory's,  Canal Walk; Col'Cacchio, Johannesburg (Hydepark,  Northcliff and Eastgate) and presently Vino and Bite,  Cape Town. 
  • 2 years bar serving experience 
  • 3 years Wine Steward experience

  • WSET 2 certificate
