1. Creating Processes and systems that benefit the Business and assist with its' growth and expansion 
2. Hiring and managing a team that is best suited for the Business, ensuring that the day-to-day tasks are completed with the highest quality possible

5. Vendor, customer and supplier relationship management is of utmost importance. Ensuring that the customers, suppliers and the vendors understand the objectives of the Business
6. Internal Stakeholder relationship management plays a major role, I have also been involved in the strategy and decision making of the wider business as a whole.
