As a Dedicated and Enthusiastic Print Specialist who has been with the Industry for 20 years. I consider myself to be a driven and goal orientated person, Eager to apply my skills and knowledge to help improve productivity and focus on Quality detailed processes so that structure can be adhered and implemented seamlessly.

I started my career with the Print Industry at the age of 17 years old and my first job was a Litho plate maker which I effortlessly mastered with ease and moved onto training as a screen printer, I found it fascinating and quickly learnt how to achieve great results with different techniques with regards to colour and clarity. Learning new technology was my forte and when Digital printing emerged into the market I was given the opportunity to train and learn all functionality and processes surrounding the operations. I Have learnt a lot over the years and continue to grow as time and technology advances.My aim is to save company time,money and resources by implementing and following new processes to increase performance and productivity. Facilitate growth and team building skills and also to initiate a skills development programme to fully equip fellow staff members with problem solving skills to meet and exceed work targets set.
