With over 30 years of experience in the South African Fruit Industry, I excel in program management, quality packing, strategic procurement, pack house operations and relationship management. My international exposure enriches my insight into overseas markets, fostering strong relationships with growers. I am adept at working with diverse stakeholders and leading teams while embracing industry changes and continuous learning.

I worked at Capespan for more than 20 years where I gained quite a lot of experience in all the fields relevant to the fruit industry.  For the past years my focus was mainly on Apples and Pears as a Commercial Manager as well as a Procurement Manager.  I was responsible for 10 people while I was a Commercial Manager - most of my work in the past is all about relationships - with customers, farmers and employees
