SECRETARIAL TASKS
- Ensure that incoming calls are answered in a professional and friendly.
- On request, make appointments and manage the superior’s diary ensuring that the manager is kept informed of appointment dates and times – provision of a daily activity schedule.
- Receive, process and where possible, act on:

TENDER PROJECT ADMINISTRATION
- Arranging documents as per Tender Requirement.
- Excellent knowledge in the Preparation of Tenders & Procedures / Bidding and submission of Tenders.
- Attending the tender opening and pre-bid meeting when required.
- Selecting Tender from the online tender web site, departmental sites, and the leading news Papers.
- Assist Companies/Organizations with all documents support.
- Liaison with Govt. Department for Vendor Registration, Approvals, and Renewal.
- Submitting documents for getting new registration as an approved vendor.
- Preparation and submission of different types of Bank Guarantee like Bid security and performance Bank guarantees.
- Preparing the Tender Comparative Statement
- Preparing the proposals (Technical & Commercial)
- Prepare proposals/tenders on instruction from superior, ensuring that proposals/tenders are authorized.
- Prepare project implementation plans accurately and promptly for authorization by the superior.
