I am a ITRSouth Africa warehouse, workshop and branches SHEQ Officer for the pass year and gave been working in this field fir the pass 9 years. I prepare my administrative daily so if the Internal or External Audits take place I get a pass rate of 98% for ISO45001:2018,ISO9001:2015 and I am in the process of implementing ISO14001:2015 at ITR South Africa, I have been the IMS Representative for the company to ensure all are in compliance to the ISO standards.

Performing regular SHERQ inspections at both Boksburg sites and providing a detailed report on findings to the HR Manager. • Preparing and handing out weekly toolbox talks to the relevant section foremen. • Scheduling, attending and taking minutes of Safety meetings. • PPE inventory control – Cost control, monitoring, distributing and stock take as and when required. • Assisting with general stock count for SHERQ related deliveries. • Keeping up to date with health and safety regulations. • Developing, implementing, and improving health and safety plans, programmes and procedures in the workplace. • Ensuring compliance with relevant health and safety legislation. • Identifying OHS-related training needs in the workplace. • Conducting safety inspections and risk assessments. • Investigating workplace accidents. • Checking the safety and proper storage of equipment • Training and carrying out drills and exercises on how to manage emergency safety situations. • Adhere to company standards, policies and procedures as well as customers standards at all times • Ensure company compliance with: Internal/External Safety audits Internal/External Environmental audits
