I am passionate about people, new thinking, and ensuring knowledge sharing and harvesting. I enjoy seeing people collaborating and ensuring that the knowledge they have is applied fully for good decision-making. I put emphasis in structure and using different tools to ensure that my information is easily available. My greatest pleasure is using my skills and knowledge in Records and Knowledge Management to bridge the information and knowledge divide perpetuated by access to technology and fear of change.
My appreciation and devotion to education and people have been a great incentive for the successful introduction of new initiatives especially in environments where technology maturity is low. I enjoy facilitating face-to-face and virtual knowledge management tools to encourage the creation, harvesting, recording, and sharing of business and operational know-how.
