I am skilled in HR management, operations and leadership.

I have a legal background as well as HR.  I am versed with not only SA Labour Laws but also the relevant labour laws in Africa such as DRC, Zimbabwe, Namibia, Lesotho, Mozambique, Zambia, etc.  I am also excellent at demobilising and mobilising remote sites in Africa.  I have a 100% success rate of closing out all IR matters and recruiting highly skilled employees.  Trough my experience, I realised that in order for HR to run effectively, a manager must have a legal mind as well.  Having both, as helped me to ensure that HR runs smoothly, effectively and below the budget that was allocated to HR department.

I studied and completed a B.Proc (Law) degree.
