Ziningi Ngobese

L&D - Skills Development Facilitator
 

Ziningi Ngobese finished Matric in year 2007 and after shinie finished her Matric she went on to study for a Diploma in BPO at Mfolozi Collage and she was selected to be one of the 22 students who were selected to go and study further with NIIT University in India where she completed a year of internship there
She has also a Qualified Assessor in the Customer Service space 
In 2012 she entered the world of customer service where she worked at Aegis as a CSR, she has also worked at Cell C and MTN as a CSR
While in the BPO industry she has also worked as QA, MIS and as a TL
October 2019 she joined ISON Xperiences as a CSR and as of September 2021 she moved up to the Skill & Development Department as a Skills Developer 
Ziningi is currently working at Ignition Group as a L&D - Skills Development Facilitator for the Local Space
